We want you to feel confident when you order from Anaconda Fightwear. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

 

1. Changed Your Mind? (30-Day Refund Policy)

If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Shipping fees are not refunded.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

• Returned items must be free from:

  • Fragrance (e.g. aftershave, deodorant)

  • Makeup or body oils

  • Body odour or cigarette smoke

   

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected - please allow up to 15 business days depending on your payment provider

 

To begin your return, email info@anacondafightwear.co with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• A clear photo of the item

• Your reason for the return

 

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items (Up to 180 Days)

If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 180 days of delivery, we’ll send you a free replacement.

To qualify:

• The issue must be due to a manufacturing defect, not general wear and tear

• Contact us via email with clear photographs of the issue

• You must report the issue within 180 days of receiving the item

Rashguards - The Grapplers’ Guarantee

You can roll in it, sweat in it, and train hard - if you’re not 100% satisfied, return it for a full refund within 90 days. No questions asked. This guarantee applies only to rashguards.
