Do you offer return labels?

We don’t provide prepaid return labels. Customers cover return shipping, but we’ll cover shipping for the exchanged item.

How long does an exchange take?

Once your return is confirmed, exchanges are processed in 2–3 business days. Sharing the return tracking number speeds things up.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Arizona, USA, and also have a UK warehouse for UK and EU orders.


Do you ship internationally?

We ship to US, Canada, Australia, UK & Europe. Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to Ukraine.


Do you ship to Asia?

Currently, we don’t ship to Asia.


How long does it take to fulfill an order?

Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase.


How long does shipping take?

  • US Orders: 3–7 business days

  • UK orders have 24 to 48 hour delivery options

How do I clean my brace?

Machine wash on a normal cycle, then air dry only.

Knee Brace


What’s the difference between the brace with stabilizers and without?

 

  • With stabilizers: Has flexible rods on each side for added support—ideal for serious injuries (not BJJ competition legal).

  • Without stabilizers: Great for general support and prevention. Still offers excellent compression.

    The gel pad is now placed inside the brace for better comfort and stability.

 

Can I buy one with stabilizers and one without?

Yes, just add each one to your cart individually.


Can I choose two different sizes?

Yes. Select and add each size to your cart separately.


Are the stabilizers removable?

No, they’re stitched in for permanent support.


Are these braces left or right specific?

No. Our braces are universal and fit either leg.

What are the materials?

Made from Polyester, Nylon, and Spandex using 3D knitting for high compression and flexibility.


What’s the weight and thickness?

 

  • Thickness: 1–2 mm

  • Weight: 220–300g depending on size

 

Elbow Brace


How does it help prevent hyperextension?

It supports your elbow to limit overextension during training or falls, reducing injury risk. However, it doesn’t fully prevent hyperextension—use with caution and consult a professional if needed.


Why isn’t there padding on the elbow hinge?

Padding targets the inside and outside of the elbow—common sites for injuries like Golfer’s and Tennis Elbow—without compromising your mobility.

Is the shoulder brace suitable for women?

Yes, it’s designed to fit all genders comfortably.

 

Knee Brace Massager


How do I know when it’s fully charged?

The battery light shows green when fully charged. During use, it turns blue (normal) and red when low.


How long does the battery last?

Up to 2.5 hours per charge. It features adjustable heat (40–60°C), vibration, and compression levels.


Can I use it while charging?

No, for safety reasons, it cannot be used while charging.
