Returns Information

Orders must be returned to us within 30 days of the products being received. We are happy to accommodate exchanges and store credits for items that are returned back to us.

All orders returned outside of this period will be rejected. 

All customers are responsible for shipping return items back to us. 

Please allow 5-7 days to process your return or exchange request. 

 

Knee Brace

Returned knee braces must be in perfect original condition. This includes being unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached. 

If you buy a knee brace and remove the velcro pad, we will no longer be able to accept the return.

For hygiene purposes, no refund or exchanges will be given for products that have aftershave, make-up, body odors or cigarette smoke. 

Any returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected, and returned to you. 

 

Rashguards

We offer a 90-day Grapplers’ Guarantee for all our rashguards (men’s and women’s). 

You can take it to training, roll in it and if you’re not happy with it, for any reason, you can send it back for a full 100% refund within 90 days of receiving it. 

 

How to Make a Return

Send us an email to  info@anacondafightwear.co to begin the return process with the reason you wish to make a return. 

You must include:

1. Your order number 
2. Item to be returned
3. Photograph of any incorrect, damaged or unwanted item. If you have a defective item, you must include a clear photograph of the defect.
